How do I pay with the Virtual Grocery Passport?
Payment with the Sodexo Virtual Food Passport is made using mobile payment via your NFC-enabled smartphone. Please tell the checkout staff that you are paying by card and activate payment with the Virtual Food Passport on your smartphone.

If you would like to pay an amount that exceeds your balance, please askbefore the payment processthe cashier whether partial payment is possible. How secure is paying with the Virtual Grocery Passport?
Paying with the Virtual Food Passport is just as secure as paying by card. Your credit is securely stored in a separate account and is not lost even if you change or lose your smartphone. The payment process takes place via Visa's secure network. Your data is also safe with us and will only be used in accordance with the relevant guidelines.
How secure are contactless payments with the smartphone?
With Sodexo Pay (Android) and Apple Pay (iOS), Sodexo offers the option of making secure payments with your smartphone. Our mobile payment solutions, based on Sodexo Pay and Apple Pay, build on components certified by payment networks or card issuers (Visa and Apple certification). All security features musthigh safety requirements of the applicable standardsare equivalent to. Proven NFC technology (near field communication) is used for the transmission of the relevant data and payment processing at the terminal. Mobile payment with Sodexo card is subject to the same security requirements as are used in most common payment solutions (Visa, Mastercard, ATM).

Does the Virtual Food Passport work on a "normal" cell phone without smartphone functions?
The Virtual Food Passport can only be installed on a smartphone with an NFC function.
You can find out whether your mobile phone has an NFC function by going to the settings on your mobile phone and entering the term “NFC” in the search.
If you get a result, you can use the MySodexoApp on your phone and pay with it.
What do I do if my smartphone is lost or stolen?
Virtually block your Sodexo Grocery Passport via theMySodexoPortalor by telephone via the service hotline on 0720 11 58 18 - without
loss of your credit. Please also inform your employer. This reports to Sodexo Customer Care.
As soon as you have your smartphone back or would like to install the Virtual Food Passport on a new smartphone, please (re)download the MySodexoApp and (re)activate mobile payment.
Please make sure to set up a new password for the app!
Where can I use my food pass virtual?
Your Virtual Food Passport is accepted throughout Austria in partner supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops, but also in inns and restaurants, fast-food bars, etc. The current network of acceptance points can be found in theMySodexoAppor onlinewww.mysodexopass.at.
Look out for the door sticker! It shows you where your food pass is accepted virtually. It can be used anywhere the Grocery Pass Card is accepted.
What is the MySodexoPortal and what do I use it for?
In the MySodexoPortal you can look for acceptance partners, query your credit balance, virtually block your food pass or register for the newsletter. You log in to www.mysodexopass.at with the same login data as in the MySodexoApp.
Can the Virtual Food Passport also be used outside of Austria?
The Virtual Food Passport is only available atcooperating Sodexo Card acceptance partners in Austriabe used. All acceptance points can be found in theMySodexoAppand inMySodexoPortalare displayed.
Can I withdraw the credit from the Virtual Food Passport in cash?
Cash payments are not possible.
