How you change your product key depends on your version of Office. Choose your version of Office from the tabs below.
Best practices for multiple versions of Office
If you buy multiple copies of Office and use the buttonInstalto install Office on some PCs, activation will fail on other PCs. This happens for every buttonInstalassociated with a unique product key that can only be installed on one PC. To fix this, you can change the product key for another PC that has Office installed.

Most versions of Office 2021 and Office 2019 don't include a product key and you just need to sign in with the account that's already linked to your Office.
If your version includes a product key, follow the steps belowtab 2016.
